Welcome to BLNK TV, a mobile streaming application owned and operated by Plot Media Inc. (“BLNK TV,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BLNK TV app, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By downloading, installing, or using BLNK TV, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.


  1. Eligibility
    You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by your country’s laws) to use BLNK TV. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian’s consent.


  2. Accounts
    To access certain features, you may need to create an account using a valid email or third-party sign-in (e.g., Google or Apple). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect unauthorized use or violation of these Terms.


  3. Content & Usage
    BLNK TV provides access to streaming video content (“Content”) that may include original micro-dramas, community-submitted shows, licensed material, and content distributed through BLNK TV’s creator distribution network. Content distributed through our creator network is subject to exclusive distribution rights as set forth in the applicable distribution agreements between Plot Media Inc. and content creators.


You agree that:


  • You will use the Service only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

  • You will not copy, record, download, or redistribute any Content without permission.

  • You will not post or share content that is illegal, hateful, pornographic, or infringes on others’ rights.

  • You acknowledge that certain Content available on BLNK TV is distributed on an exclusive basis and may not be available on other platforms simultaneously.

  • We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to any Content at our discretion. When Content is scheduled for removal, we will endeavor to provide advance notice via in-app notification, mirroring the wind-down approach used by major streaming platforms.

  • BLNK TV may integrate AI-generated or AI-assisted content on the platform. Content owners and creators are required to disclose any AI-generated material in accordance with Section 12 of the applicable distribution agreement. BLNK TV is not responsible for verifying such disclosures but reserves the right to label or remove Content found to be undisclosed AI-generated material.


  1. Coins & In-App Purchases
    BLNK TV may offer in-app purchases, including “coins” or credits used to unlock premium content. Purchases are processed securely through Apple App Store, Google Play, or RevenueCat. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
    Coins have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred.
    Prices and features may change at any time.


  1. Subscriptions
    If you subscribe to any paid tier or recurring service:

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing cycle.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store account settings.
We may change subscription pricing with reasonable notice.


  1. Shoppable Video & In-App Commerce
    BLNK TV offers a shoppable video feature that allows users to purchase products and merchandise directly through or in connection with video content on the platform (“Shoppable Content”). By engaging with Shoppable Content, you agree to the following:


  • Shoppable Content may include merchandise, products, or services offered by third-party creators, brands, or merchants (“Sellers”).
    Transactions completed through shoppable video features are subject to the Seller’s own terms and conditions, return policies, and fulfillment obligations. Plot Media Inc. is not a party to the transaction between you and the Seller unless expressly stated otherwise.
    Plot Media Inc. may earn a commission or revenue share from sales facilitated through the shoppable video feature. Revenue sharing arrangements with creators are governed by the applicable distribution agreements between Plot Media Inc. and the relevant content creator.

  • Creator merchandise rights are non-exclusive, meaning creators may sell merchandise through other channels. However, purchase transactions initiated through the BLNK TV platform are subject to the revenue-sharing terms applicable to our platform.
    All in-app commerce transactions are processed through secure third-party payment processors including Stripe. Plot Media Inc. is not responsible for errors, delays, or failures in payment processing by third-party processors.
    Plot Media Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the shoppable video feature at any time with reasonable notice.


  1. Intellectual Property
    All trademarks, logos, graphics, and content on BLNK TV are the property of Plot Media Inc. or its licensors, including content creators who have entered into distribution agreements with Plot Media Inc. Creators retain copyright in their original Content, including show titles, characters, scripts, and excerpts, subject to the rights granted to Plot Media Inc. under applicable distribution agreements.


    • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without written permission. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any creator’s intellectual property to Plot Media Inc. beyond the scope of the applicable distribution license.

    • Plot Media Inc. is licensed to use creator clips, likenesses, and promotional materials across all forms of marketing and promotion, including paid advertising, app store placements, out-of-home advertising, and investor-facing materials, for the duration of the applicable distribution agreement. Upon termination of such agreements, all promotional materials featuring the departing creator’s content must be wound down within the timeframe specified in the applicable distribution agreement.


  1. Privacy & Data Ownership
    Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.


  • Plot Media Inc. owns all viewer data, engagement metrics, behavioral analytics, email captures, and related data generated through user interactions with the Service (“Platform Data”). This Platform Data is used to improve the Service, personalize content recommendations, and support advertising and marketing efforts. Platform Data does not include the underlying Content owned by creators.


  1. Third-Party Services
    BLNK TV integrates with third-party services such as Firebase, RevenueCat, Stripe, and other analytics, payment, and content delivery providers for authentication, payments, and analytics. We are not responsible for the practices or content of these third parties. Your use of their services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.


  2. . DMCA & Copyright Infringement
    Plot Media Inc. respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”). If you believe that Content on BLNK TV infringes your copyright, please submit a written notice to our designated DMCA agent at hello@blnktv.com containing the following:


  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.

  • A description of where the allegedly infringing material is located on the Service.

  • Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address.

  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.

  • Your physical or electronic signature.


Our complete DMCA policy, including procedures for counter-notification and repeat infringer termination, is available at hello@blnktv.com. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

  1. . AI-Generated Content Disclosure
    BLNK TV may host Content that has been produced in whole or in part using artificial intelligence tools, including AI-generated video, audio, voice synthesis, image generation, or scriptwriting assistance (“AI Content”).


  • Content creators and distributors are required to disclose to Plot Media Inc. any material use of AI-generated elements in their Content prior to or upon submission. BLNK TV will use commercially reasonable efforts to label AI Content appropriately on the platform.

  • BLNK TV does not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or creative quality of AI Content and is not liable for any claims arising from a creator’s failure to disclose AI use. Users who become aware of undisclosed AI Content may report it to hello@blnktv.com.


  1. . Platform Availability
    BLNK TV is currently available as a mobile application and is expanding to additional platforms including Roku, in-flight entertainment channels, smart TVs, and other connected device platforms (collectively, “Additional Platforms”). Content available on BLNK TV may be distributed across any current or future platforms operated by or in partnership with Plot Media Inc., subject to the terms of applicable distribution agreements.

    • Your access to Content may vary depending on the platform through which you access the Service. Certain features, including shoppable video, may not be available on all platforms.


  1. Termination
    We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violating these Terms, engaging in fraudulent activity, or harming other users or the platform. Upon termination, you lose access to your account, coins, and any stored data related to your use.

    • With respect to Content availability: when Content is scheduled to be removed from the platform, BLNK TV will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide advance notice to users, typically via in-app notification (e.g., “This content is leaving BLNK TV on [date]”). Content will not be removed from user view instantaneously following a creator’s termination request, but rather subject to a wind-down period as specified in the applicable distribution agreement.

Upon the effective date of termination of a creator’s distribution agreement, all payment obligations shall cease, provided that any payments that accrued up to and through the termination date remain due and payable.


  1. . Disclaimer of Warranties
    The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.


  2. . Limitation of Liability
    To the maximum extent allowed by law, Plot Media Inc. and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of BLNK TV, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill. This limitation applies to all claims, whether based in contract, tort, or any other legal theory.


  3. . Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Delaware, USA.


  4. . Changes to These Terms
    We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we’ll notify you via in-app notice or email. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
